Atlas Mechanical Brooms have a sweeping width of 2.5 meters. These road sweepers are equipped with nylon bristles for efficient and durable cleaning of road. This road cleaning machine is preferred by a lot of road contractors for its ease of operation. ATLAS Mechanical Sweepers can be conveniently moved by attaching at the rear of a tractor. It is equipped with a tank and a spray tube for spraying of water to settle the dust and eventually make road cleaning more effective.
All the parts used to manufacture road cleaning machine with water sprinkling system are highly durable and suited for tough Indian conditions. Operating and road sweeping equipment is easy and does not require skilled labour.
Towing
Mechanical broom with water sprinkling system can be easily towed by the help of any tractor or a vehicle.
Height adjustment
Screw type handles are provided to adjust the operating height of the mechanical broom . Total of three such handles are provided for adjustment of operating height of broom at three different levels.
Gear box
Standard make gearbox allows the movement of the brush with tractor. The chain drive mechanism is responsible for the movement of the axles.
Nylon bristles
2.5 mm thick nylon bristles ensure performance and durability.
Rubber covering
Rubber covering ensures lower dust emissions.
Water tank
This feature distinguishes this broom from the mechanical broom. A water tank and full length piping that runs through the entire length of the broom ensures that the dust settlement is easy.
