View case study of a standard WM 200 (200 tph) – soil stabilization plant installed by Atlas Industries in United Arab Emirates.
CLIENT REQUIREMENT
The customer is a road contractor in U. A. E. Interacted with the and understood that the requirement was of a 200 tph capacity wet mix plant. We offered them our model WM 200, a 200 tph wet mix macadam plant.
CUSTOMIZATION
No customization was required by the customer, the wet mix plant offered was with 25 tons capacity storage silo for wet mix material and water tank of capacity 15,000 liters. Few spares were given to the customer as a package.
INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
One mechanical technician from Atlas and one electrical technician visited to assist the calibration of the plant. Onsite operator training for running the plant and trouble shooting was also given. Above are the pictures of the installed plant.
